IOC Anabtawi UK Ltd is a company which specialises in the import and distribution of fast moving consumer goods in the UK. It is part of the IOC-Anabtawi Ltd, which was founded in 1994.

IOC Anabtawi UK is dedicated to import high quality products into the UK, and distributing them with a national coverage across all four countries within the United Kingdom.

IOC Anabtawi UK partners with first class international conglomerates to provide the best route to market strategies and implement them directly in the UK market to build a success story of every brand it represents.




IOC Structure


The organizational structure that is employed by IOC consists of seven key executive members that oversee the operations of six essential company functions; (1)Administrative and Legal; (2) Sales and Marketing; (3) Finance; (4) Logistics and Supply Chain; (5) Internal Audit and (6) HR. This structure allows for the open and constant communication between departments, subordinates and superiors for faster decision making and allowing the executives to manage the day to day operations of all employees within the company.

The logistical aspects related to IOC Anabtawi UK span from the procurement via a purchase order to the physical delivery required to ensure the recognition of value and the enhancement of the customer experience. IOC Anabtawi UK’s depots are distributed according to geographic location to create more integration of information, transportation, and stock, between customer orders and deliveries.

To facilitate this interrelation of functions our logistics operations are guided by an automated set system that links Sales Orders of customers with their specific requirements directly to the designated departmental functions at the company. IOC Anabtawi UK, in achieving continued growth in the years ahead, designs and implements flexible marketing activities that reflect ongoing changes in the operating environment which we consider indispensable.
